Refund and Replacement

At Screenora, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free refund and replacement policy. Please read the details below to understand our process.

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Replacements

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • The product does not match the description on our website.
  • Your order did not arrive within the promised delivery timeframe.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition (for refund requests only).

To initiate a refund or replacement, please contact us at info@screenova.com within 7 days of delivery with proof of issue (photos/videos if applicable).

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or not in original packaging.
  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

3. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method.

Refund processing time:

  • Credit/Debit Card payments: 5-10 business days
  • UPI/Wallet/Bank Transfers: 3-5 business days
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Store credit or bank transfer (subject to verification)

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

4. Replacement Process

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
  • A return will be required before we dispatch the replacement.
  • If the product is out of stock, you may choose to receive a full refund or wait for restocking.

5. Return Shipping

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), we will cover return shipping charges.
  • For other reasons (change of mind, wrong selection), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery.
